QUETTA: The Balochistan High Court has requested to enlist criminal bodies of evidence against the individuals who don't give ladies the option to acquire. Order to register legal cases against women for not giving them the right to inherit.

The Balochistan High Court has given a composed choice on the established request in regards to one side of ladies to acquire. In its composed choice, the High Court said that no lady can be denied of her right to the property based on marriage or any sort of gift and cash, and legacy can't be circulated without moving the names of the multitude of legitimate proprietors, including ladies. The summit court in its composed request coordinated to enlist criminal arguments against the individuals who didn't give ladies the option to acquire and said that the concerned income official would undoubtedly record a criminal body of evidence against ladies for denying them of legacy or persuasively surrendering them.
